Terms & Conditions


The terms and conditions stated within henceforth apply to all mutual agreements (including contracts) between the buyer ("you") and Babes n' Cuddles LLP ("us" or "we", as appropriate).


"Product" means the product or products that are as shown and which you had ordered from us. "Working days" means all days of the year excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Products On Display

We will undertake to update this website on each working day such that only products that are available are being displayed. However, despite our best efforts, there may be instances where the website may not capture the latest status of the products due to many orders of the same item. In this case, we will contact you via email to enquire if you would like to choose another design or drop the order. We will also strive to maintain the stocks of our products and you may wish to wait for the new stock to come in.  

The company reserve the right to make any changes, amendment or corrections of typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions of information (including product prices) on this website or promotional materials without any prior notice (even if this takes place after you have placed your order).
Currency Used

The currency indicated in this website is Singapore dollars (S$), nett.  

Cancellation/Amendment of an Order 

We regret to inform you that no cancellation or amendment of an order will be entertained once payment has been made. 

If payment has not been made and you would like to amend the order, please contact us here. Any amendments made would be at our discretion and in cases of swopping products, dependent on the availability of the requested product.

Return of Defective Products

Upon receipt of the product, you are advised to examine the product for any defects and contact us here specifying the types and degree of the defect. We will then contact you via email for details of the defects. Photos of such defect will ensure a quick resolution to the determination of the decision to grant the return of the defective product.  Please note that we will only accept such requests if we are contacted within seven days from the date of invoice (for normal, non-trackable postage) or three days from date of receipt (for registered mail/courier/self-collection). Any such requests outside this time frame will not be entertained.  Original invoices (or gift receipts) must be provided as proof of purchase.

Upon a decision by us to accept the defective product, we shall issue a RMA number to you and you will then dispatch the defective product together with the RMA number clearly written on the packaging to us.

We reserve the right to replace the product one for one at its own cost. You will be responsible for all postage costs for such returns. It is advisable to use registered post to return the defective product to us so that the defective product can be traced in order to prevent any misunderstandings that may arise. Any cash refunds will only take place if the product is out of stock.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Babes n' Cuddles LLP harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Babes n' Cuddles LLP (UEN/Registration No. T10LL1202H) is a company registered in Singapore under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act (Chapter 163A) with limited liability. Babes n' Cuddles LLP is located in Singapore and agreements and terms and conditions hereby are interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
